At Wildwood Kitten Haven & NICU, we are committed to the safety, health, and well-being of every kitten we place.

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on adoption fees. These fees go directly toward the care, medical treatment, and supplies for our kittens and help us continue our rescue mission.

• Returns Accepted: If for any reason you are unable to keep your adopted kitten, we will always accept them back into our care. Our priority is ensuring that every kitten has a safe and loving home.

• As-Is Adoptions: All animals are adopted as-is, with no guarantees regarding health, behavior, or future medical needs. We provide full transparency with the information we have at the time of adoption, but adopters understand and accept the risks associated with animal rescue.

• Adoption Commitment: By completing an adoption, you acknowledge that you understand this policy and are making a serious, lifelong commitment to the kitten’s care.

Thank you for understanding that adoption fees are not a “purchase price” but a donation toward the ongoing care of rescued kittens.
